I have been with Medela for over a decade and there are a number of reasons I choose to remain here. I am proud to work for a company driven by a mission that everyone supports and is passionate about. I hope the innovations in our HM pipeline come to fruition, so we can improve practices.

The environment that my manager creates for outside sales consultants is to minimize our stress and support us in the best capacity.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My teammates are leaders in the Human Milk space and consistently meeting or exceeding plan; we share best practices, so they can be implemented elsewhere.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that my base pay is fair, but my percent of growth and the additional dollars that I am required to obtain this year to meet quota is unprecedented and has set me up for failure.
