There have been ups and downs and challenges like any other place, the difference is the leadership works hard to resolve them in fairly quick fashion

My experience with the company has been very good, but there have been challenges as with all companies. Covid-19 had its impact and we are progressing through those challenges and addressing them as quickly as possible.

not micromanaged, we are given leeway to do the work with some flexibility, and individuality. Not a one size fits all expectation.

I have observed a huge change in leadership communication and am impressed with the company's commitment to leadership development and continuing education for opportunities for everyone.

They go out of their way to be available and provvide support as needed, willing to remove barriers and are transparent especially when asked a direct question.
