Its a very mission driven company, getting human milk to babies, and one that is very easy to get behind and believe in.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing our customees excited to use our products and seeing mothers in the NICU thankful to have our products available for their family.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team listens to the field and to feedback from our customers. Then they take what they've learned and work to find resolution. It's a very flexible mindset that allows us to meet most challenges head on.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We have a pretty low conpensation/salary number as it relates to most medical positions. Given the size of our territories and the work involved with conversions/trials/in-servicing, it involves a lot more time in the field than higher paid positions elsewhere.
