love the culture, the vision and very much appreciate the top mangaement / leadership team, especially our CEO. I work in a highly future oriented area with a lot of room to shape and to have impact. Wish we could become a bit more performance oriented, global minded and agile across the company

Fabulous purpose and passion around the organization, however there is limited drive for performance and a lot of hierarchical obstacles that slow us down

the balance between base salary and bonus, the investment the company is making into my development, the free choice of car selection but mostly the non financials as remote working policy, maternity leave support accross the globe, carrier opportunities

The value of cooperation, the passion to really wanting to make our customers life better, the high trust level and low political agenda and mostly I like the drive coming in through the transition - people really wanting to become better, to make work easier, more efficient & become more successful
