Fabulous purpose and passion around the organization, however there is limited drive for performance and a lot of hierarchical obstacles that slow us down

the balance between base salary and bonus, the investment the company is making into my development, the free choice of car selection but mostly the non financials as remote working policy, maternity leave support accross the globe, carrier opportunities
