What are some of the best things about your team?

The high trust between the individual team members. We become really close - not only on a professional level, also personally.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Processes need to be improved. In the past months it was a lot of back and forth in many topics, which was really time consuming and also mentally challenging.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I like how we support working moms and dads as a company. If there is any personal matter like a child is sick etc. everyone understands when people take time off.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Higher overall salary. Reduce worktime from 40 to 38 hours a week. Make it easier to take a day off from your overtime. Better benefits like discount for gym and public transportation
