Incredibly positive and welcoming. The extremely rare instances where this hasn't occurred (only 1 I can think of) was with something I was brought into last minute. Even then the individual gave me a back story a few days later and apologized.

Incredibly hard workers with strong personal drives to succeed. Also great personalities so very easy to work and get along with.

Their passion to move the company forward in a transparent and ethical manner. They truly care about the patients and how what we do can positively impact their lives.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Both health benefits and generous time off policy. Also love that time off is truly time off. There is no expectation to even do a check in while taking time off.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency and honesty. I have never had the feeling that someone was holding back with sharing information necessary for my role. If there was information that couldn't be shared, that was stated directly which is also very much appreciated.
