Too many priorites, too many meeting, too many reviews, too many power point slides, too many wait and see mentality leading to gaps and catch-ups when issues occurs.

Feel undervalued: Benchmarking with other people in similar position and amount of working hours Feel better: continue allow home office, consider other incentives (e.g. workacation, compensation of overtime by e.g. 3 extra holidays)
