Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Unfortunately no transparency on grow paths, salary levels for jobs and what to do to grow in salary.
What are some of the best things about your team?
There is good team spirit with people wanting to help each other, even if it is outside of their job scope.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It really is a family company. You notice this in it`s personal attention and care to employees, eg with a birthday gift, an attention around Easter.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Clear goals are set annually and these are communicated frequently in townhalls so all employees know how the company is doing and what we are working on and towards.
What makes you most happy at work?
When coworkers are equally proactive and interested in a project or task, even though they were not initially involved. People seeing the general benefit of the work allowing you to progress and finish projects on time.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
MCAG has one leader and she does a very great job. Makes sure everyone is involved on all topics even if it doesn`t affect their work and in general walks the talk when is comes to solution oriented and flexibility.
