What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

We are trusted with our job and not micromanaged.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The amount of PTO we are given each year.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

We need to improve our communication and also working together to improve our job environment.

What makes you most happy at work?

I currently work with a small team, my co-workers are easy to get along with. We stay busy and to ourselves, makes our day go by fast.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leaders need to improve communication and setting the example for others to follow. There is no leadership and the employee morale is very low. The leadership team seems very unorganized right now. There isn't a goal being transmitted to the team.
