Currently, I am not very happy with my controller and manager. I feel underpaid with the amount of work that I am doing. I feel I have no work and personal life balance. I barely have a work relationship with my controller and manager. Doors are often closed and nothing is communicated to us.
For the first 5 years Medela has been really good. However, for the past 2 years it has been going down hill.
Prescriptions for glasses and eye exams
We help each other when work gets overwhelmed.
Its quiet most of the time.
Communicate better and getting the respect that employees need.
I get to interact with my co-workers especially since Covid.
More communication, listening and understanding the employees suggestions and opinions.
Everyone is nice and fairly helpful when it comes to work or questions.
We have a balance of working from home and going to the office.
They keep us informed when Medela does well or have some kind of success.
We need to communicate more and not down grade anyone when mistakes are made.
My managers are not the best leader in this company. I would like more positive energy and room to negotiate and discuss.
I feel undervalued because my controller/manager do not listen to my suggestions and opinions. Just doing as I am told without any negotiation room.
Communicate better and not pointing fingers that each other as in who is at fault. Everyone should be equal and work as a team.
Better benefits such as gym membership or sports equipment. As well as the amount of work I am doing I feel that I deserve more then how I am getting paid right now.
I need my controller/manager to respect us professionally and not reject any suggestions and opinions we have. Especially for someone who has worked at Medela for a long time and has 7 years experience on how the company works.
