Honestly, this is the best job I have ever had. I truly hope I can retire from Medela. I am, thankful, grateful, and blessed to have this job. I will do whatever it takes to make sure Medela is a strong company, so I continue to have this great job.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The holiday schedule, PTO and the pay.

Open communication with it's employees.

We all get along very well. Great leadership.

The feeling that you are part of a family.
What makes you most happy at work?
I can be myself. My co-workers. Popcorn Wednesday!

Project work and the time I am given to accomplish it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The openness and communication. We all get along and strive to help each other. We work things out amongst us, we just "work".
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The fact that the CEO will talk to you no matter what position you have with this company. I have never in my career had any CEO that would even acknowledge that I existed. Much less care what I would have to say.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
There is not one thing I can pick out as "best", the entire package is just fantastic. The fact that Medela "cares" about their employees' total package is just fantastic and unheard of at most companies. I feel blessed to say I work here. For me there is nothing more I could ask of Medela.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The incredible ability to engage them. I have never worked for a company with such an open-door policy with its managers. I hope to retire from Medela. Its core values are what an employee wishes for at any company. Medela is 1000% on the right path as a company. Thank you for my job!
