Things are greatly better than they have been. I am lucky to have a supportive & trustworthy Manager, not all do. I enjoy the family feel that Medela works hard to maintain. I only scored work/life balance lower as I wish there were more opportunities to choose days in the office over set team days.

What makes you most happy at work?
Hybrid flexibility has reduced my stress level and has helped me be more intentional with my time so I can prioritize specific tasks (dual monitor in office vs 1 monitor at home), short vs long lead time projects, in person mtgs vs calls.
