What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is well trained and has extensive industry experience and product knowledge. We work in a collaborative and team-oriented manner. Proposals are well accepted.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Although the pace of work is very, very high and in many cases it is not possible to maintain focus, flexibility is an important advantage. The proximity between different people from different countries and departments is also something to highlight.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership has been observed in recent months. The company has made progress, it is replenishing stock shortages, it is quick to provide information, it communicates and works as a team at both the multidisciplinary and cluster levels, improving relations and helping the business.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In general, the company's conditions have improved a lot in the last two years. To add something objective, I miss some social benefits that other companies in the sector have: health insurance, a higher percentage of fixed over variable, help for schools, day care, etc.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like my job in general, the contact with people, learning something new almost every day, I like to be useful to the company and also to society. To be able to contribute to the world my bit with something as important as helping health care and especially with breastfeeding.
