It is stressful at times, especially when we go out of stock of hospital products - this is just unacceptable and it happens so frequently that a fair portion of my job is damage control not growing the confidence in our brand. I love what we sell and why we sell it so I am happy to stay.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that I am underpaid for the amount of work that I do. There are many other aspects to working for Medela that keep me her but how much I am renumerated is not one of them. Being able to discuss renumeration on an annual basis with the manager would be helpful.
