as sales people, we are individually ranked and compared, yet I've never been in a sales force where everyone was still so invested in my success
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is an emphasis on the importance of being successful individually, nationally, and globally, but I've never felt that emphasis to overpower my personal life and overall stress level
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are transparent about what is going well, what is not, and where our Company is heading in the future. I don't necessarily like to slow pace of innovation in hospital market, but I do value that nothing is hidden
