Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I have been with Medela for 20 years. Prior to that I was an Post Partum/Newborn Nursing RN at Beaumont Hospital Royal Oak, MI. I am also an IBCLC and my last 6 years I ran the Outpatient Lactation Center. We where the largest hospital Medela rental/retail account. I am honored to be part of Medela.

The pension plan and 401K are amazing.

We are focused on helping each other succeed and making our region successful.

Meeting the needs of my customers so that they know they are my priority.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They care about their employees and provide us with what we need when we need it.

Meeting the needs of my hospitals and providing the best support to them when they need it.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They actually care about the Sales Consultants and are focused on making sure that we know we are important to the company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love my Region 2000. We always work as a team. If someone needs assistance we are there for each other.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I have an amazing 401K and a Pension. Also BCBS Illinois benefits are very good as well as dental and flexible benefit card.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They are highly focus on the science of human milk and research is essential. Mothers, babies and human milk are our core values.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are extremely positive and also helpful. If there is an issue they address it immediately. Also, we are always informed of anything that has changed or needs to be discussed.
