This year is an exceptionally challenging year with SAP and now sterilizer issues. We also went through a re-org and I was afraid I would lose my job. I am still here. My heart and soul are invested in this company and I have been here a LONG time. I STILL love my job and look forward to the future.

I have been at Medela for a long time. Every year is different. I am never bored, I am constantly challenged, I learn new things every day and I feel valued. That is why I am still here and plan to be here for the foreseeable future.

I am passionate about my job and what we do at Medela. I have raised my family working for this company and have had a positive work/life balance for over 20 years. I feel valued and am thankful for all the opportunities Medela has presented me. I am never bored and my job is always challenging.

Right now I am feeling extremely challenged. Field sales has no resources in the building, not one sales support person we can count on to help out. It is extremely frustrating. Expenses have been cut impacting our ability to serve our customers, yet we continue to grow every year with less support

My team is a very committed group. We know how to work hard and have fun doing it. We are smart, supportive, competitive and passionate.

THE PENSION PLAN! I have been here over 20 years and contribute to my 401K as well but the Pension plan is such a HUGE bonus!

I believe that most people that work at Medela are here because they feel an emotional connection to this company. I feel like our leaders believe that too.

Our team is very close and supports each other. Everyone is fully invested in what we do and it comes across in how we support and serve our reps and customers.

Earning new business. We work hard to gain customer confidence and when we convert new business it is really rewarding. I also love the teamwork and collaboration, it makes my job fun.

Working with my team and their customers. I would prefer to be in the field but virtual is better than nothing and we are making it work. I also enjoy interacting with my co-workers.

We work great as a team and fully support each other. We collaborate and share information and insights to help each other be successful. We rely on each others strengths. We have FUN and we truly enjoy our jobs!

Medela is a dynamic company. The work environment is constantly changing but that is what keeps things exciting at Medela. I raised my family while working for Medela and found a balance that is not typical any longer!

The best part about our compensation package is that not only do I have a 401K that my company contributes to but I have a pension plan that has been fully funded by the company. That is just an awesome benefit!

I feel supported in both my job and my home life. I give 100% to my job and I feel valued as an employee. I work with great people who are also great friends that I socialize with outside of work.

The best thing about Medela is that we are a mission driven company and it comes though in everything we do. The way we treat our customers, our employees and each other. We actively promote work life balance and that is refreshing

There is mutual respect and a willingness to help and support each other. We all realize that collectively we learn from each other and a rising tide floats all boats. We genuinely like each other and have fun working. I LOVE my team

This company feels like my family. I have grown up here, raised my family while working here, and made great friends along the way. Things are crazy right now with SAP but I usually feel like I have a balanced life working at Medela.

I have been here for over 20 years and have always had a good work/life balance. I feel the company supports my personal health and wellbeing and genuinely cares about me. I don't feel like I am making personal sacrifices to work and succeed at Medela.

I believe all of our leaders have a passion and a commitment to the mission at Medela. We all want to work in a corporate culture where people are fully invested in their jobs because they love what they do. I fell supported in finding a balance between my work and my home life.
