Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

The U.S. is dictated to by teams in Switzerland that don't understand nor prioritize our market despite it being the majority profit driver for the company. We're told to take risks without the autonomy to do so. The entire U.S. leadership team turn over multiple times recently has been jarring. 2/5

Their growing openness to change and advancement

As a business run by, and for, families, work-life balance is considered strongly.

My immediate team and times when we can slow down and really communicate rather than grind.

My team is passionate, driven, creative, and positive despite scenarios that should drive them to be otherwise!

We lift each other up, and have fun at work - even when to-do lists are heavy and deadlines are tight

The overall company culture and environment is disjointed and bland. My team's culture and environment is an oasis that keeps us all in good spirits

Recently, they seem more willing than ever to invest in changes that can make real impact to our community and customers, rather than flat business decisions.

The relaxed nature of the average day - not needing to be in full suit and tightened up at all times to get good work done.

We can collaborate without ego getting in the way, find creative solutions to any problem that arises, and are always willing to support one another when it's crunch time.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

People who have been here longer than me but are lower level and/or take on far less responsibility have higher salaries due to the previous (and good!) exercise of regular ~4% annual raises
