Everyone honestly wants everyone else to succeed individually and as a company. You can call on anyone, at any level for help and support.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that our base pay as a sales rep is low compared to other companies. It would be nice if cost of living was considered in our pay. When you work in the field , some territories have very expensive cost of living
