I have been with Medela close to 9 years. I enjoy working at Medela. Although lately there are some challenges with SAP/product delays, I do trust that leadership will make the right decisions as we move forward.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Although, I agree the compensation is fair, I think there could be more incentives for over achievement of goals and more consideration taken when there are years with more limited pipeline opportunities.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager is supportive and understands our goals and tries to empower and help us reach those goals. She is a great advocate for us internally. Our leadership team is reachable, knows their sales team members by name and I trust that they will make the right decisions.
