What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Management needs to handle the negative workers. Their negativity & constant complaining about others brings down morale.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel valued by my manager. The compensation is a bit low for all that I do in my daily duties. This company needs to also hire support as much as they hire sales reps. We are a very resource poor company. Stop putting more on people's plates that are already full!
