generally things are well but the culture and benefit have changed dramatically in the past several years. There is now a lot of competition out there making it very hard to sell at our high price point. We do not have any programs to help the midsize customer and they are leaving Medela

overall I love this company and what it stands for, but I do not like the low salary and commission plan

Medela does have a great work life balance, better than most. Things have changed as far as our insurance benefits are not as good as they used to be and at times lack of bonuses/perks we all need these to stay positive in a workplace. Overall It is a great company to be part of.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We need a better base salary and more Spiffs monthly or quarterly.

Now able to work at home and being part of a team

We do have some new faces hopefully this will help our company going forward

We need a better comp plan for the sales team that would be the only issue I have everything else is good

team work is awesome we all help each other and bring each other up, this is a great feeling being on my team

We no longer get any raises no bonuses no perks no gift cards for Christmas or birthdays things are very different now compared to before years ago

No or very small Raises and low base salary for the work and the money I bring in a sales rep I just want to be compensated fairly
What makes you most happy at work?
helping the end user with any issues they may have and of course what Medela stands for and our product line helps mothers and babies all over the world.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like our commission plan is very hard to get to the top and if you do it is not the best payout. What I bring in should get some more perks or bonuses at least.
