Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I have been at Medela a long time. There have been changes, from personal to professional to organizational, that have positioned Medela for long-term sustained growth. My manager typically has me talk to all of his/her prospective new hires because I love our culture and the path we are on.

They provide a very clear, prescriptive sales direction in order to both hold ourselves accountable as well as achieve goals.

Achieving goals, be it personal or team. The amount of blood, sweat and (sometimes) tears makes the journey even more enjoyable than the destination.
