I've had challenges, but am working through those as well as the company. Overall, it's like working for a brand new company and struggles are unknown until they are known. It's getting past those which takes time.

More involved on the ground level. Be the "feet on the street- WITH the feet on the street"
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
This can go both ways. I understand for HC we dont have a lot of contracts. But The time is coming near.
What makes you most happy at work?
The challenges, the work that has been done- knowing the future successes to come. The drive knowing the end result is going to be a great result!
