Willingness to help. If i need assitance or have a question, i recieve help within minutes from multiple team members.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Extremely grateful to provide for my family. But factually speaking, comparative to market leaders in other medical device companies the at-plan comp is far less.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The NICU/Marernity leadership exemplefies a sense of calm and empathy even during tougher times. They're in our corner and actually execute the behaviors to show it.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We truly have a larger purpose than selling. Most medical devices help patients but representing a product line that helps a child recieve their first nutrients after birth is a great responsibility.
