I love working for Medela but it seems like we are getting stale. As leaders in our space, we should be bringing innovation to the marketplace. We have become reactionary instead of being proactive. We are very slow to market with new product launches. Need new supply chain partners as well.

Medela has been a great company with great products but we are now falling behind our competitors. We need less me too products and more innovation.
