It is generous and mostly easy to understand. I appreciate the extra pension, and family benefits that are offered. I also appreciate the strong family support and work life/ QOL emphasis projected by the company.

My teammates really do work as a team. There is nothing they wouldn't do to make sure we are all successful. The culture overall is properly managed to insure team effort to help everyone win.
