Medela is a fantastic company to work for. Unfortunately, we can't get out of our own way. Too many leadership conference calls with no solutions to report back.

My experience at Medela has provided many opportunities to engage with customers directly. Unfortunately, in my past few years I have seen poor decisions made by our company. Sometimes, I feel we cannot get out of our own way. I truly enjoy my role and the customers I serve.

My compensation package is different than the sales in acute and post acute.

Wealth of Knowledge in regards to the market. We each bring experiences to the table.

It's relatively a new team. It is yet to be determine if they can do what they promised.

It's relatively new. Ony time will tell if the new plan will produce the results we are striving for..

They have ideas that are good for everyone but slow to act. Medela needs to be more proactive rather than reactive.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's improved from last year which I took at 20k decrease in compensation due to AUIU. Although, my work remained the same.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I make very good money and are rewarded by my MBOs. I work very hard long side my KAM and not included in then president trip.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting calls from my customers and I am able to assist them. It is a compliment when they report back to me.. "you love what you do."
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Yes. My role is instrumental in our success. Much has changed with our sales direction except for my MBO. I was grateful we were kept employed thru Covid.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Proven myself as a team leader and very grateful that Medela kept us employed during Covid. My compensation has decreased with small chance this year meeting my previous years compensation.
