The thing that sticks out the most to me with my experience working at Medela is my manager. She constantly encourages me, and also provides valuable feedback and mentorship on my professional growth. She is the best manager I have ever worked for.

I absolutely love working for Medela. I love the mission of the company. I cannot stress enough how great of a team I am apart of. My manager is the best manager I ever had, and is there for support, but also trusts us and does not micro manage. She is a great mentor and has helped me grow so much.

My customers. They really do care about meeting mom's needs and helping her be successful. Their passion is what keeps me going.

The commission structure and current market conditions make it very tough to make commission. As more responsibilities have been added my annual pay has gone down.

The team I am on is very collaborative. We are able to bounce ideas off of each other and collectively share ways we find to make our jobs easier, or things that have worked when talking to customers.

The team I work with. It is such a tight knit group that cares about each other professionally and personally. It is a positive environment, and someone is always willing to help if there is something you need.

Our team is full of people who are willing to help you out or an answer any questions you might have. We also get along outside of work related activities and genuinely care about each other outside of work.

I appreciate the time and effort that has been put into keeping everyone updated on the status of the business. The regular videos that are posted and the townhall meetings are crucial to keeping everyone up to date with the business, and feeling connected as a global organization.

The emphasis on being a team and one Medela. I feel over the years this has improved and when working with other departments it feels more and more like a team effort and that we have a common goal and that is to support our consumers and customers.

The addition of the RX n Go to our benefits package is great. I am able to get my medications sent to me directly without having to remember to go the pharmacy and pick them up with no co pay. It is a huge plus to the benefits package.

I cannot say enough great things about the team I am apart of at Medela. We have a manager that fully supports and mentors us. My teammates are all very caring and supportive. We regularly collaborate with each other. We all stay in regular communication with each other as well.

The team I work with. They are hands down the best team I have every worked on. Even when things get stressful they are there to help build you up and offer ideas, encouragement, and support. Our team is like a family and that is such a great thing.

I appreciated all the time that was put into Operation Heartbeat last year to work on the areas that employees determined were areas that could be improved on. Also with the video updates and town hall meetings it seems there is more transparency and communication on the direction of the company.

My team is a tight knit group that care about each other on a professional and personal level. I consider them more than co workers they are also my friends. We are a very collaborative team and are constantly talking to each other to bounce ideas off of or sharing the things we are hearing.

One of the best parts of working for Medela is how ingrained the company's mission is with everything we do as a company. Because of this we all have the same goals and moms and patients are at the forefront of everything we do, and it makes working as a team easier amongst different departments.

I work with the best team. My immediate coworkers and manager are some of the best people I could ask to work for. My manager is the most encouraging and supportive manager I have ever had out of all the different positions I have had. She really knows how to mentor and help you grow.
