Medela provides quality training to ensure you have the tools to do your job efficiently. if you show interest and pursue it, you are given the opportunity to learn new processes, apply for other positions. Very proactive regarding COVID-19.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Increased percentage reviews to keep up with inflation, possibly even having mid-year increases as well

Helping moms meet their goals, going home feeling I made a difference, having an opportunity to learn new things, take on new challenges.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The low cost medical is greatly appreciated, there are still a few companies that pay 100% medical. Would like the 401K Match to increase to 5%, coming in line with other companies.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Appreciate the video's that are sent out on a regular basis sharing updates and how proactive they were in getting us isolated. Would like to see them continue on getting our jobs transitioned to work from home permanently
