While i have experienced support and pride in my work for Medela, i feel more could be made of and recognition of all experienced employees. More new products are needed for true growth of the company in all divisions we hold sooner rather than later. i miss annual new innovative products

Research, and idea sharing. Communication of the latest research through papers and/or Webinars is extremely helpful for my job

Solution Oriented. We share ideas, experiences and fun. We will actively work to assist one another to be better for Medela

Availability - Open Door. if I have a concern, they are there for me and work toward a solution either themselves or with the additional help of others.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
All my needs seem to be addressed in the package. While the cost has gone up a bit or the benefits reduced a bit, i feel it is more than fair for the industry.
