Great experience! Training is amazing, my team is amazing, leadership provides a great direction and supports our business processes. I work with great people with common goals. Medela is a great company provide great life experiences!

MBO to get started until you are up and running in the field. I feel there is security in the initial stages of my career to focus on learning out business rather than having to chase deals

Knowing I represent great products that have positive impact on patient lives. Understanding that my leadership is driving to make innovative product and business decisions that will assist in my customers knowing that options exist in the marketplace.

My manager. Russ is the reason that I am here at Medela. He is focused on my business and me as the individual contributor to my team. Always willing to pitch in and assist with important meetings connecting my customers to the Medela brand. It?

Articulate, engaging, professional and focused. This is an amazing company led by people who really care about our patients, clinical partners and our business. I have not worked at an organization where everyone is vested in your success. Kevin, Lita and Russ are great leaders and mentors!

Approachable. All members are focused on you as a person and teammate. I appreciated that at new hire training my leadership team took time out of their day to present business information in their specialty. I am also thankful that each member is open to assisting on any business need
What are some of the best things about your team?
Russ does an excellent job of managing individual contributors to common business goals. Russ understands our business and puts us in situations for success. Byron and Jesse are an amazing support group. I have learned more from them in a short time than anything I have done in the last 3 years!
