I think it's a challenging time to work here. As I previously mentioned there have been layoffs and head count reduction in my area. My workload was increased and my pay went down.

I think Medela is a good good company great mission and great products. I like my job but I do see a lot of volitivity as there have been a considerable amount of people laid off.

We have good products and a great mission.

Meeting sales monthly and yearly goals

I think the company does produce a good product I like the people on my team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think I'm paid fairly. Haven't gotten a raise in a long time so that would be nice if that occurred.

I really enjoy the contact and collaboration I have with my team. I have high regard for them professionally and personally

I really appreciate my direct Manager. I don't have a tremendous amount of contact with management above her, which I'm fine with.

I really like the people I work with including my direct Manager. They are all professional and we are a good team.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Compensation is the biggest thing I worry about when I get paid $0.00 for my monthly commission it makes it hard to pay bills.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
many people have been laid off in my channel as a result of that I have much more work to do and my pay decreased in 2019 compared to 2018. If I didn't get a pay cut and didn't have the possibility of getting paid $0.00 for monthly commission that would be good.
