Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

I'm very proud to say that I work at Medela. I believe in our products. Improvement wise - I feel we can be stretched thin as employees which can lead to burn-out..

Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

I'm proud to say I work for Medela-helping babies, mums & patients is easy to get behind.I am disappointed that 2 holidays were removed in 2021.In previous yrs, when Xmas/New Years fell on a weekend, that didn't happen. The employees really stepped it up in the last 12 months. Why short change them?

Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

I'm thankful for how hard the company & employees have worked during the difficult pandemic. I'm disappointed that despite how hard employees were expected to work & continue to work based on Project SHAPE, 2 holidays were taken away from the US. What kind of message does that send?

Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

Up until this year, it's been good - starting this year, too much work is being put on *some* employees (my manager admitted she gave me too much) which doesn't allow us to do our best work. Also, I think there is less attention paid to having employees work more than 40 hours a week.

Most of them seem very approachable and provide fair, but firm feedback. There is one that is quite rough around the edges and isn't friendly or approachable at all. Maybe that is what they are trying to portray?
