My compensation is fair and equitable. I have worked for other companies and Medela is on par with similar positions.

Helping Mom's when they are stressed out with information, question answering, knowing that you make a difference in the lives of Mom's.

I find the communication to be frequent and very clear. I understand the goals so I can align my activities to the goals.

Everyone is open, shares information and helps out when they can. Assists through chat or email if there are obstacles or questions because we are remote.

Although we no longer reside in the same office, the company has Teams so we can continue to communicate and synergize with our team members. This helps to continue to build our team on a daily basis.
