Our RM and the overall competence and mix of the group.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Leadership, and my manager in particular, seem focused on what is important, both in achieving corporate goals as well as how to best help me achieve mine while balancing work/family. A refreshing culture that motivates me.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Don't feel undervalued necessarily. Understandably there is little revenue within the division. That said, it would be a wise investment, if possible, to keep people whole longer than six months as the drop in income is shocking and a rather major distraction in trying to achieve goals.
