Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Medela has been a wonderful opportunity for me and my family for many years which I am eternally grateful, however, since 2015 with the decline of the "Medela Culture", the long term forecast for Medela's future, hope, & opportunity for both customers & employees is declining. Innovation is gone!

At one time many years ago, before 2015, the culture was positive, however since then, the "Medela Culture" that everyone talks so highly about has drastically deteriorated and continues to decline.
