I'm a new employee who started just as COVID hit. Medela has been very supportive and encourages my team to take this "down" time during which we can't travel to visit our clients to improve our strategy and processes, develop better marketing materials, and focus on how to make the most this!

Shared excitement for our program and learning new things together. No attitude of "that won't work, let's not try it."

Regular updates and transparency. I feel connected to them, and I have not felt connection like that when I worked at other companies.

Salary is great, and having a pension is a HUGE selling point for candidates! Especially folks in my age range (40s) who would like to contribute to retirement at an accelerated pace.
