Positive but at times leadership may be guilty of forcing exercises on us in large volume and expect more than a realistic number of meaningful sales calls per week as opposed to lower amount of sales calls that will translate to action

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Commission payout structure is a bit confusing and unattainable due to unforeseen circumstances. Uncertainty beyond 6 month New hire MBO. I think the company has strived to do the right thing and does seem committed in most cases but the virus situation = impossible to hit numbers
