Current Leadership is new, so time will only tell but starting off good.

Flexibility to work from home (although I don't partake), overall friendly people, beautiful office

I would like to see more of a gap closure between my salary and with my peer salary

I have a lot of knowledge within the company and am the individual that everyone comes to for something to be done or how to do something, but I am aware that there is still a deficiency in my pay compared to theirs.
