I think Medela is great company there are always things that can be better but there is great communication and are very supportive of the employees.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company culture is really family orientated !
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think insurance is great and cost are very fair compared to other company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There is always room for improvement, but they doing great job. I would say a little more clarity on the organization layout.
What makes you most happy at work?
Currently I am working from home due to the Covid issue. I really enjoy working from home and the introduction of Teams it has made it much easier.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My close team mates are knowledgeable in Medela process and history which helps me do my job. I think there are still some employees have not moved forward with the changes that have taken place most recently.
