What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Speaking to mothers and hearing some of their stories. Seeing other co workers succeed and grow.

What are some of the best things about your team?

As a team we are relying on each other. I love being available to help and I love the times we get to talk and unwind.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Communicating, I think as a department if you are working on something that is going to affect or create more workload for another department it should be communicated. Lately there have been so many changes and I don't believe we have had proper training or time to adjust.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I am very happy to help in many different ways including different departments. I am often pulled in different directions and though I am so happy to get experience, I often am asked to do many of these things and I do not see a bonus or a benefit. And this is the case with many of us.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

I feel exploited. I feel stressed and that we are being stretched thin. I feel like a lot is expected and it is not enough as we continue to get hit with changes and more workload. It gets harder to do my job on a daily basis ad it is extremely frustrating to struggle and not be valued. No growth
