these are difficult times (COVID) and I do believe the company has acted responsibly, however with the loss of many good workers, and the shift of management to Switzerland, opportunities for growth seem to be fewer and overall moral is lower.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Very few companies offer a retirement plan like Medela's. It has kept me from accepting other offers when I measure the total benefit of working for Medela.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I think the silos still need to come down and poor performance needs to be address quicker. I see some coworkers as not full participants and some that believe it is their jobs to simply put up roadblocks or speedbumps for other working to achieve results.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I believe the executive team has turned a corner and the leadership to develop new product is essential for our survival. I am also witnessing a mandate to do things correctly, where in the past that was not required and shortcuts were accepted. KEEP THIS UP!
