
They are very goal oriented.
The PTO and now also the extended paternity paid leave when you have a baby.
Whenever they finish their assigned tasks they help out others to help them finish their assigned tasks.
aside from a couple of clashing personalities, everyone seems to generally get along and help each other out.
There is little to no accountability for people from 1st shift when not completing their tasks. They aren't following the process to do things and it leaves a lot of extra work for 2nd shift. If they put forth as much effort to do it the right way instead of the wrong way, things would improve.
