Although I do enjoy working at this company it has been a bit disappointing how some of our benefits have been dropped. The small details of a birthday card or holiday meal really made a difference. The recent change in benefits with parental leave should be extended to 6mnths prior parents.

Overall it's a positive work environment where the people are great and genuinely enjoy being there. I love that Mom and Baby are always our priority!

There has been many new faces in our department and I really enjoy getting to know them.

The positive work environment! I enjoy the company of my coworkers and I believe we work very well together.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay has gone up significantly since I began working for this company in 2011. So, although I have invested 9 years into this company my pay is not very different compared to others who have been working here for only a few years. Reevaluation of pay would be great!
