I have loved working at Medela. Lots of changes over the years that I have been here. The support of the upper management and supervisor staff especially over the last 3 1/2 years it tremendous. Makes change a lot less painless and actually a bit fun.

We mostly all get along and are able to come to compromises and understandings when working on projects together.

When we are busy and I am taking a lot of orders and I am able to help my customer or solve their issues.

Whether interacting with my co-workers or with the head of the company. Everyone that I come in contact with is very respectful, nurturing and have a positive attitude.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I at times feel undervalued and although we are rewarded with gift cards and other incentives to recognize extra hard work we do. The daily paycheck is really where it counts.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Innovative and Diverse culture. Most try to keep things on a positive level. It is never we cannot do it ...it is what do we need to do to make it happen.

I love my management team as a whole I feel they work really hard for us and are looking out for our best interest while still taking care of our customers at the same time.

What are some of the best things about your team?

That we work as a team. My team is very small and we all connect really well with each other and are mostly on the same page about how we interact and take care of our customers.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I have not received a raise in 2 years and I have been expected to take on extra duties during these times and dont feel compensated for them. We are short handed which affects both our customers and the team moral.
