not hiring new employees at my same pay rate and title when the title does not fit what they do.

allowed to work OT when its needed. higher pay for the amount of work we do. the work we do is never enough. dont hear any feedback doing a great job or appreciation.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

understanding more of day to day processes and the sap problems, invoice problems, customers feelings, customers are very upset 6 months later with sap and still cant figure things out leadership team doesnt care or concern themselves because its under their pay grade.
