great benefits and pay, zero career advancement (taken on new responsibilities, switched departments, no title changes even), morale is terrible when good people are let go and you are left with less effective people because they no longer care or are FAR to overwhelmed

make better choices when downsizing; if money is the only consideration, then you get what you pay for, less talk/more action (less cheering/more lead by example)

empower managers/supervisor to support their employees in their whole lives, discuss FWA with employees-don't dictate them, when "downsizing" take managers opinions and employee performance into account
