I grew up at Medela, I am 40 years old and have been with Medela for 13 years. I have seen the company go through ups and a few downs. We always come out on top! We are a family and we all value each other and work hard to accomplish our goals.

Driving Employees and generating enthusiasm, giving credit where it's deserved, guiding and coaching employees. Build strong supportive relationships, teat everyone equally and fairly! Lack of strategic thinking and leadership development.

Medela has a strong leadership team that consists of dynamic and diverse leaders that truly care about the company and employees. Our SLT team lives and breathes our core behaviors and leads the entire organization by example.

I love the fact that our leadership team always welcomes opportunity to hear from all employees. The leadership team is open to new ideas and listens and understands where people are coming from which makes employees feel valued.

Benefits are outstanding and we have the most competitive offerings. Our Human Resources team really understands what is important to employees and families. We have an outstanding HR department who is always looking for new and exciting benefits to offer employees.

I love taking care of people and with my support role I get to use the best of my skills to help advance our internal customers of the business. This helps our executives focus on the bigger picture by alleviating administrative duties and tasks.

It's amazing when you get the right people together, who all have a similar goal and passion to make the quality of life for patients better. We are more like a family that beats with one heart! A mastermind of love, passion, motivation, focus, drive = SUCESS.

I get to work with people who I truly consider family. I am encouraged to be the best I can be and supported by my co-workers. We have really good communication on the team, and everyone respects each other. Commonalities in goals and what we need to move business forward.
