What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Can't really think of positive since there are so many negatives.

What are some of the best things about your team?

The people I work with everyday. We try to work together and ALL agree that this company doesn't really care about how hot we are, sore we are.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Listening to the people that work on the machine. The way it is set up is a big part. Many have the people on top of each other with very little space. Gets really hot and uncomfortable.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Start caring about the production department more. Food, hazard pay, extra time off because of virus is good but when that goes away, back to the normal. Work, don't complain don't ask for anything. This is wrong, they should listen to us we run those machines and sweat and we tell them it's hot.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Didn't get a raise this year we got a check. The check does not pay for all the overtime, and extra effort that we do in it. That means we are getting paid the Same as we did last year with nothing extra. Because of this virus they give us hazard pay, $2.00 a hour for the hours we work. Wow big deal
